Social Responsibility Analysis Results of Fortuna 1 Liga Clubs (2022/2023)
Together with our partners – Sportimpakt and the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, we are publishing a new report on the social responsibility of the Fortuna 1 Liga clubs for the 2022/23 season. This report is the third analysis of responsibility in the Fortuna 1 Liga clubs and allows us to observe responsibility trends in the league.
The document discusses the average results at the league level, the results of individual clubs, and best practices. The results are particularly interesting in the context of the new regulations concerning the Fortuna 1 Liga clubs in the licensing process.
The analysis of sports clubs’ responsibility is an ongoing project of regular studies of clubs in professional sports leagues, initiated in 2018, aimed at promoting responsibility in Polish sports and good practices in this area. It serves as a reference point regarding responsibility for clubs and their stakeholders. Researchers from 5 Polish universities and institutions and over 40 students have been involved in the project so far. To date, 10 reports concerning various leagues have been published.
