Our projects

We implement projects through which we influence the improvement of the quality of sports management.

By combining experience in business, a scientific workshop and a passion for sports, we believe that we can improve the functioning and social impact of sports organisations.

  • Action

The aim of the project was to develop a common European Convergence Code of Good Governance for national sports federations.

LUNEX is thrilled to collaborate on the ACTION project under the leadership of the Institute for Sport Governance. Through this European initiative, we are dedicated to advancing sport governance practices, fostering transparency, and ensuring integrity within the sports community. Our partnership with the Institute exemplifies both our commitment to excellence in sports governance and our shared vision for a more accountable and inclusive sporting environment.

Prof. Mathieu Winand Head of the Management Department, LUNEX
  • ACTION+

The project is a direct continuation of ACTION, completed in 2023 with the creation of the Converged Code of Good Governance. ACTION+ aims to integrate national agencies and ministries in efforts to implement reforms and disseminate good governance principles.

Working with ISG on our Erasmus+ project, ACTION, has been a delightful experience. ISG adeptly translated our idea into a project proposal, securing successful funding from the European Union. Subsequently, their research methodology and expert management of the entire project, encompassing all administrative obligations, have been outstanding. We eagerly anticipate continued collaboration with ISG on our forthcoming ACTION+ project and hope for many more fruitful partnerships in the future.

  • Students Partnership

The future of sport lies in the hands of young people. What we manage to achieve today can be continued tomorrow by the next generation, which is why cooperation with student associations is an important element of our activities.

The collaboration of the ,,Ius Et Sport” Sports Law Scientific Circle with the ISG is crucial to our success, especially evident during the annual sports law conference. Thanks to their support, we can not only offer a platform to discuss the latest trends and challenges in sports law, but also create a space for the practical application of theoretical knowledge in real-life scenarios. This synergy allows us to develop the competences of our members and promote innovation and education in the sports industry.

As the Sports Managers’ Scientific Circle at Uniwersytet Jagielloński in Krakow, we are extremely grateful for another year of fruitful cooperation with the ISG. It is an irreplaceable source of substantive support for us during the implementation of our projects, especially the national scientific conference in the series “Young about Sport”. The values guiding the ISG are also the foundation of our activities, which makes this cooperation extremely valuable to us. Thanks to it, we are constantly developing and improving the quality of our activities, learning new methods and approaches in the context of sustainable and responsible management.

I am very pleased that our Sports Law Scientific Circle ,,Lex Sportiva” had the pleasure of establishing a partnership with the Institute for Sport Governance. From the very beginning, our contacts have been extremely smooth, which has contributed significantly to the successful promotion of our conference. Once again, I would like to thank you sincerely for your trust and for taking our event under your patronage. I hope that this cooperation is only the beginning of a fruitful relationship, the results of which will be enjoyed by both parties.
