By combining business experience, a scientific workshop and a passion for sport, we believe that we are able to increase the positive impact of sports organisations on society.

All the projects we carry out allow us to share knowledge and promote the topic of good governance.

Aim of the project

The project aims to reduce the environmental impact of sport and the degradation of biodiversity in coastal areas, with a particular focus on Natura 2000 sites in densely populated and touristic areas. It covers three protected coasts - the coast of the Veneto region (Italy), the Albufera de Valencia Natural Park (Spain) and the Bay of Puck and Hel Peninsula (Poland).

The main assumptions of the project include:

Increase awareness and skills regarding the sport and recreation sector in relation to environmental, habitat and biodiversity issues of the territories where activities take place and the behaviours to be adopted and promoted to avoid negative environmental impacts of sport,

Active involvement of local communities and key stakeholders from the pilot territories, including private and for-profit entities, in project issues, as a way to ensure the long-term sustainability and real impact of the proposed activities,

Create a regulatory and governance model that offers solutions for sport and outdoor activities in coastal Natura 2000 areas based on co-management and a participatory and multidisciplinary approach.

Aim of the project

The theme of the project is related to the issue of participation in sport by disadvantaged and marginalised groups in society. It aims to contribute to a better understanding of the principles of good governance in sport at local level through an analysis of existing programmes aimed at improving inclusion, which in turn, in practice, amounts to, among other things, promoting good practice and improving local sports activities and policies in Europe.

Full project name: ALLSTARS - Good Practice for Active Lifestyles in Local Sports Policies

The main assumptions of the project include:

Identify and analyse existing projects and programmes at local level for the integration of marginalised social groups,

Creation of a website to document good practice and to serve as an inspiration to increase knowledge and improve skills on the subject,

Popularise the knowledge gained by organising workshops with stakeholders and actors in the field.

Aim of the project

The aim of the project is to support measures to enhance integrity at the most fundamental level to help protect sport as a whole from a range of risks and facilitate knowledge sharing. It aims to create a means to independently assess and benchmark sports stakeholders with regard to their transparency using appropriate and universal criteria.

The main assumptions of the project include:

Conduct an in-depth study to present the situation of transparency in sport in Europe and identify potential risks,

Design and implement the Sport Transparency Index as an innovative means to objectively compare and contrast basic levels of transparency in sport in order to set minimum standards,

Stworzenie inkluzywnego mechanizmu dla wszystkich interesariuszy w celu wzmocnienia przejrzystości poprzez podnoszenie świadomości oraz tworzenie treści upowszechniających to zagadnienie.

Aim of the project

The aim of the project was to develop a common European Convergence Code of Good Governance for national sports federations.

The main assumptions of the project include:

Evaluation of the social value of athletes as role models (verification of the role that athletes can play in promoting sport and generating social value in sport),

Development and pilot testing of a set of tools facilitating the effective use of the athlete's brand in activities carried out by sports organizations across Europe in the field of social responsibility, and then making these tools available to sports entities,

Identifying and promoting good practice of sports organizations across Europe that actively use athletes to enhance the positive outcomes of their corporate social responsibility activities.

Aim of the project

The aim of the project was to create a European Social Charter for sporting events in all EU Member States (ESCSE). The Charter provide guidelines for the social impact of sports events in Europe and is based on the Social Charter of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The project has involved experts in social impact or social dialogue, academics as well as sports event organisers.

The main assumptions of the project include:

Conduct a study on existing measures for social commitment in the organisation of sports events,

Draw up a social responsibility charter that can be implemented when organising sports events,

Implementation and verification of the charter by the project partners - the organisers of the sports events,

Preparation of a final version of the European Social Charter for sporting events based on the conclusions of the study.

Aim of the project

The goal of the project was to improve management methods in the working relationships of Olympic athletes, in the long run enabling athletes to have safe and successful sports careers.

The main assumptions of the project include:

To create a baseline on the legal-social-political landscape defining the employment relations of athletes in Olympic sports in 29 European countries and the European Union,

Formulate and implement concrete recommendations to improve good governance in working relationships with Olympic athletes in Europe.
