CSR and ESG in Sport Conference – November 21 at Cracovia Stadium
On 21 November 2025, Kraków will become the center of discussion about the future of responsible sport. The CSR and ESG in Sport Conference will take place at Cracovia Stadium — an event organized jointly by ISG – Institute for Sport Governance and KS Cracovia.
The conference will bring together representatives from the worlds of sport, business, academia, and civil society, creating a space for conversations about responsibility, values, and the real impact of sport on its surroundings.
Sport as a Tool for Change
Sport plays an increasingly important role in the field of social responsibility. Clubs, sports organizations, and business partners are becoming more aware that their activities influence not only what happens on the pitch, but also what happens beyond it: local communities, the environment, youth development, and the shaping of values.
The CSR and ESG in Sport Conference aims to show that responsible and sustainable actions can become an integral part of sports organizations’ strategies — and that their importance will continue to grow.
A Program Built Around Three Pillars
The conference has been designed around three key areas:
1. INSPIRATION
Talks and discussions with practitioners who are driving real change in the social responsibility initiatives of sports clubs.
2. ACTION
An overview of how ESG principles are being implemented in football clubs, along with presentations of specific initiatives that benefit communities, fans, and the environment.
3. GOOD PRACTICES
Conversations with leaders and experts who will share their experiences and challenges related to managing a responsible sports organization.
Premiere of CSR Reports on Football Clubs
One of the key elements of the program will be the premiere of CSR reports on Polish football clubs, prepared by ISG. This unique analysis highlights how clubs are implementing CSR and ESG principles in practice — and the development pathways that lie ahead.
Networking, Collaboration, and a Sporting Finale
The conference is not only about the substantive sessions. Participants will also have the opportunity to:
- exchange knowledge and contacts in a dedicated networking area,
- speak with representatives of clubs and partners,
- take part in a sports segment concluding the event in cooperation with Cracovia’s Training Center.
It is the perfect occasion to build new connections, explore diverse perspectives, and take part in the broader dialogue on responsible sport.
